<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel driving system which can reduce a wheel diameter and improve space efficiency in a wheel. <P>SOLUTION: The wheel driving system includes an in-wheel motor and a planetary gear reducer 20. The planetary gear mechanism 22 that constitutes the gear reducer 20 has a plurality of second planetary gears 22b arranged around a second sun gear 22a. A second carrier pin 22d which supports the gear 22b rotatably is fixed to a second planetary carrier 22e. The pin 22d penetrates the carrier 22e, and at its tip side, a screw is formed which is fitted with a wheel nut which fixes a general-purpose wheel 12 on an axle. Here, the pin 22d which is arranged to correspond to the P.C.D of the general-purpose wheel 12 can fix the general-purpose wheel 12 of a small diameter on the axle surely while securing a space for installing a brake system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
