COLOR FILTER SUBSTRATE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter substrate and manufacturing method and apparatus for the same, that can simplify the manufacturing process for a color filter substrate, reduce the facility investment, and improve the production efficiency.

SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a color filter substrate includes the steps of: forming a transparent conductive layer on one surface of a base substrate; forming a black matrix on another surface of the base substrate; forming a color resin layer on the black matrix; and forming an insulation material layer including a post spacer and an overcoat protective film formed integrally with the color resin layer.
