<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat radiation efficiency and prevent the deterioration of LED light emitting elements to prevent the deterioration of the luminous efficiency and the luminance in an LED light source device including multiple LED light emitting elements on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A copper foil pattern formed on a surface of a resin elongated substrate 4 is composed of an anode side copper foil pattern 6 commonly connecting with anode terminals 5a of all LED light emitting elements 5 and a cathode side copper foil pattern 7 commonly connecting with cathode terminals 5b of the all LED light emitting elements 5. An area of an insulation gap 8 between the anode side copper foil pattern 6 and the cathode side copper foil pattern 7 is formed so as to be smaller than areas of the anode side copper foil pattern 6 and the cathode side copper foil pattern 7. This structure easily increases the areas of the anode side copper foil pattern 6 and the cathode side copper foil pattern 7, which occupy the substrate 4, and improves the heat radiation efficiency. Therefore, the structure prevents the deterioration of the LED light emitting elements 5 and consequently prevents the deterioration of the luminous efficiency, the luminance, and the reduction of the life. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
