PURPOSE: A vehicle diagnosis system using a wireless communication network and diagnosis method thereof are provided to enable a vehicle diagnosis apparatus to diagnosis state information to a user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(200) receives a request signal for grasping the IP(Internet Protocol) information, password, and vehicle state of a vehicle diagnosis apparatus(100). The user terminal requests vehicle diagnosis state information to the vehicle diagnosis apparatus including the corresponding IP. The vehicle diagnosis apparatus receives a request for the vehicle diagnosis state information from the user terminal. The vehicle diagnosis apparatus accesses the diagnosis state information of a vehicle. The vehicle diagnosis apparatus transmits the accessed diagnosis state information to the user terminal in real time through a wireless communication network.
