PURPOSE: A fixing device for cranioplasty is provided to control brain pressure caused by brain disease by moving cranial bone flaps to form a space for reducing brain pressure. CONSTITUTION: Skull pieces are connected with a top plate(100) by screw coupling. A side plate(200) connects an extracranial bone and skull pieces through screw coupling. The top plate is a cross shape. The top plate comprises a central member and plural split members. Each branching clip comprises a top main hole and a top sliding hole.
