PURPOSE: A mobile payment method using a discount coupon in an offline member store is provided to offer discounted prices according to a coupon by enabling a user to use a discount coupon in a member store. CONSTITUTION: A payment mediation server(200) receives the serial number of a product from a mobile terminal or payment information extracted from the barcode of the product provided from a member store. The payment mediation server receives a payment request from the mobile terminal. The payment mediation server receives a payment unit and a discount coupon from the mobile terminal. The payment mediation server authenticates and approves the payment using discounted money which is reduced from the product price according to the amount of the coupon. The payment mediation server transmits the approval code of the payment to the mobile terminal.
