PURPOSE: An evaluation system for the driving condition and kindness of a bus driver is provided to investigate satisfaction, kindness, and a driving condition for a bus driver using a satisfaction button installed in a bus. CONSTITUTION: When passengers get off from a bus, the passengers are able to push a satisfaction button. When the passengers push the satisfaction function, scores are counted. The scores inputted by the passengers are transmitted to the center computer of a bus company in real time. The center computer of the bus company makes statistics using the received score. The center computer displays the score of the bus driver using the statistics.
