PURPOSE: A belt for pulling and supporting backbone is provided to prevent a waist pressure member from being separated from a wearing unit. CONSTITUTION: A belt for pulling and supporting backbone comprises a waist pressurizing member(20), a guiding holder(30), a pulling device(40), and a pulling wire(50). The waist pressurizing member has a Velcro member. The guiding holder is fixed to one side of the waist pressurizing member, is formed with a pulling device groove, and has a roller. The pulling device is inserted into the pulling device groove. The pulling wire surrounds the waist pressurizing member.
