Said bit comprises connection part fitted in seat on man body face and provided with, at least, two positioning convexed sections spaced apart in diameter to engage with concaved positioning sections of said seat. Said connection part has mating driving thrust engaged with the drive of rotation. Positioning sections of connection part and/or seat comprise pressure surface roll over one another like rotary key in direction opposite the preset one.
