PURPOSE: A device for installation of a sleeve assembly for a form is provided to easily regulate the length corresponding to the width of a form. CONSTITUTION: A device for installation of a sleeve assembly for a form comprises first and second guide members(210) and a length adjusting bar(230). The first and second guide members include first and second guide plates(211) which are pressed on the inner surfaces of a form and guide a sleeve assembly into the form and first and second inclined plates(213) which are formed at an angle to be widened from the top of the first and second guide plates and press fixing members elastically protruding from both sides of the sleeve assembly when the sleeve assembly is inserted. The length adjusting bar regulates the distance between the first and second guide members, corresponding to the width of the form.
