The invention relates to a heat-exchange panel for achieving a heat exchange between a heat-carrier fluid flowing in the panel and an external medium (E) adjacent to an outer surface of the panel during operation of the latter, that comprises a structure (2), a heat-carrier fluid flow channel (6) and a thermally conducting casing (1) provided between the inner space of the channel (6) and the external medium (E), the channel (6) including a side wall having at least a first portion defined by the casing, characterised in that the casing (1) is made of a synthetic material and is attached to the structure (2) by the over-moulding of fasteners made of the synthetic material of the casing and overflowing through fastening holes (23) formed in the structure (2). The invention can be used for covering various constructions such as roofs, vertical walls or ground surfaces. |
