The belt has an elastic material core (1), a fixing unit e.g. buttonhole (2) and another fixing unit provided at ends of the belt. The fixing units co-operate one above another by fixing with a button i.e. closure button, of garment. The core is associated or integrated with or in a textile structure (3) with less thickness. One of the ends includes a line series of buttonholes spaced at predetermined distance along a main direction of the belt for assuring an adjustment according to the morphology of size. An independent claim is also included for a belt kit.
