THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module whose bonding interface is prevented from oxidizing to reduce loss of output power.

SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module comprises: thermoelectric conversion elements which convert a temperature difference into power and are made of a metal oxide; an electrode member for extracting power converted by the thermoelectric conversion elements; and a conductive bonding layer bonding the thermoelectric conversion elements to the electrode member. The bonding layer is formed by overheating and melting a mixture of particles made of a conductive material and particles made of an oxygen arrival prevention material.
