<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal, a communication method and a communication program, capable of restarting communication with another communication terminal by reestablishing a once-disconnected session. <P>SOLUTION: Sessions are already established between communication terminals 11 and 12, and between communication terminals 11 and 13. The communication terminal 11 notifies the communication terminal 13 of a terminal ID 12 and a conference ID 12-2 generated by the communication terminal 12. Here, the conference ID 12-2 is identification information to identify a state of the communication terminal 12 from a time when a session between with the communication terminal 11 is first established in the state of no session having been established between with the communication terminals 11 and 13 to a time when the entire sessions with the communication terminals 11, 13 are disconnected.
