<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can appropriately set a date to start power distribution for a worker of an electric construction shop or a consumer. <P>SOLUTION: An electricity use application support device 1 comprises: an electric pole extract part 11 for extracting electric poles within a predetermined distance from a site in power distribution construction; a government land ratio calculation unit 12 for calculating a ratio passing a government land when connecting the site to the extracted electric pole; a facility determination unit 13 for determining whether or not a predetermined facility is provided in the electric pole in which the ratio calculated by the government land ratio calculation unit 12 is the highest among the electric poles extracted by the electric pole extract unit 11; a transformer state determination unit 14 for determining a state of a transformer for the electric pole in which the ratio is the highest; a construction scale determination unit 15 for determining a scale of the power distribution construction on the basis of the extraction result by the electric pole extract unit 11 and the determination results by the facility determination unit 13 and the transformer state determination unit 14; and a construction scale display command unit 16 and a display device 30 for displaying the determination results and others. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
