<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular headlight apparatus that secures proper visibility corresponding to a target object even if a vehicle is in a transient state. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular headlight apparatus is configured to change an irradiation range to a first prescribed irradiation range set with respect to a target object by a control means 72 on the basis of the analysis result of an analyzing means 71 when the target object is detected. The apparatus includes a pitch-angle detecting means 5 for detecting a pitch angle of a vehicle. If the pitch angle exceeds a prescribed value or if a variation in the pitch angle exceeds a prescribed value when controlling the irradiation range to a first prescribed irradiation range, the control means 72 changes the irradiation range to a second prescribed irradiation range different from the first prescribed irradiation range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
