The invention is equipped with: ultrasonic devices (6); a circuit board (5); a signal transmission cable (20); a tubular metal shielding member (30) having a wide diameter part (30a), a narrow diameter part (30b), and a shoulder part (30c), and in which the wide diameter part (30a) covers the outer circumference of the circuit board (5); a ground wire (35) that electrically connects the circuit board (5) to the outer circumferential surface (30g) of the metal shielding member (30); and an opening (33) formed in the shoulder part (30c) or the narrow diameter part (30b). The circuit board (5) and the outer circumferential surface (30g) of the metal shielding member (30) are electrically connected by the ground wire (35) being extended from inside the wide diameter part (30a) to the outside of the metal shielding member (30) through the opening (33) and being electrically connected to the outer circumferential surface (30g) of the narrow diameter part (30b). |
