<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide counter units which emit counter electromagnetic waves for countering harmful electromagnetic waves against at least one wave source emitting the harmful electromagnetic waves. <P>SOLUTION: Generic counter units 40 of electromagnetically countering systems are provided.
