<p>Provided is a display device, which: detects, with a temperature/backlight drive power information detection unit (2), drive power of a backlight light source (9) which provides illumination from the rear surface of a liquid-crystal panel (8) which displays an image; and corrects a signal of the image, which is displayed via the liquid-crystal panel (8), with a screen unevenness change characteristic storage unit (1), a primary corrective data creation unit (3), a display device screen unevenness characteristic storage unit (4), a secondary corrective data creation unit (5), a correction value transmission unit (6), and a 3-D LUT circuit (7), according to the detected drive power. It is thus possible to appropriately correct screen unevenness.</p> |
