FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: converter contains a housing, an assembly of initial components supply and an assembly of reaction products output, a system of heat supply or rejection designed as a set of heat pipes and a catalyst. Assembly of reaction products output is designed as a perforated pipe. System of heat supply or rejection contains a set of heat pipes a part of which is installed along the housing perimetre and the other system elements are installed inclined relative to perforated pipe. Cavities of inclined heat pipes and heat pipes located along the housing perimetre are connected.
