The pulley has a hub (1), a spring body (2) and a pulley body (3) that encloses the hub with radial distance. The spring body is arranged in a gap (4) that is formed by the distance. The hub and the pulley body are connected with one another in a rotationally elastic manner by the spring body. A switchable clutch (5) i.e. multi-disk clutch, is arranged between the hub and the pulley body for requirement-based function-technical bypassing of the spring body. The spring body is made from elastomer material and connected with a guiding ring (7), where the clutch extends in a radial direction.
