RC OSCILLATION CIRCUIT

This RC oscillation circuit is equipped with an amplifier and a phase-shift circuit. The phase-shift circuit is equipped with at least three RC circuit elements composed of one resistor and one capacitor. At least one of the RC circuit elements is composed of one variable resistor and one variable capacitor. The variable resistor is formed from a first electrode, a second electrode, a portion of a semiconductor film, a portion of a ferroelectric film, and a fourth electrode. The variable capacitor is formed by a second electrode, a third electrode, a fifth electrode, another portion of the ferroelectric film, another portion of the semiconductor film, and a paraelectric film.
