摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of securing a desired retention volume in a pixel without reducing an aperture ratio, in response to change in a frame frequency. <P>SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal display device having a pixel transistor using oxide semiconductor material and two capacitive elements in each pixel, one capacitive element is made of material having translucency to improve an aperture ratio of the pixel. Further, a voltage value of a capacitive line is adjusted to change size of the retention volume in the pixel by utilizing a characteristic of the capacitive element having the translucency and in response to a frame frequency that changes depending on a display state of an image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
