<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light-emitting device that radiates pseudo-white light by using a fluorescent resin mixed with blue LED and YAG fluorescent particles, which has excellent reflection characteristics in order to obtain bright radiation light, is thinned in shape and eliminates a yellow ring specific to an LED light-emitting device using the fluorescent resin, in order to improve luminescent chromaticity. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting device comprises: a first opening and a second opening formed on a frame body provided on a substrate; a semiconductor light-emitting element mounted on the substrate in the first opening; a protection element mounted on the substrate in the second opening; a connection electrode on the substrate for connecting the semiconductor light-emitting element and the protection element; and fluorescent resins that are the same with each other and fill the first opening and the second opening, respectively, for converting a wavelength of light emitted from the semiconductor light-emitting element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
