<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material for a heat exchanger, excelling in heat conductivity, productivity, workability and reduction of a used amount of coating material, suppressed in a generation amount of film defects, generating less pitting corrosion, and having good corrosion resistance by applying a film coating with a roll coat or a bar coat. <P>SOLUTION: On the surface of an aluminum plate containing 0.05-0.4 mass% of Fe and containing a predetermined amount of Si, Cu, Ti as necessary with a reminder formed of Al and inevitable impurities, a corrosion resistant film having a film amount of 100 to 1,200 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is formed by a roll coater or a bar coater. A surface treatment film is formed, in which the density of the number of film defects is limited to ≤300/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and the film thickness is from 1 to 100 nm as necessary. A hydrophilic resin film treatment is performed, in which the film amount is from 50 to 10,000 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, or the density of the number of intermetallic compounds having the maximum length of ≥3 μm on the surface of the aluminum plate is limited to ≤2,500/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
