PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of t-butyl 2-((4R,6S)-6-formyl-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4-yl)acetate is provided to easily manufacturing a large amount of t-butyl 2-((4R,6S)-6-formyl-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4-yl)acetate of solid phase with high and constant purity by using polymer-supported TEMPO. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of t-butyl 2-((4R,6S)-6-formyl-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4-yl)acetate indicated in chemical formula 1 comprises a step of oxidizing t-butyl 2-((4R,6S)-6-(hydroxymethyl)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4-yl)acetate indicated in chemical formula 2 by using a polymer-supported TEMPO indicated in chemical formula 3. In chemical formulas, P is an organic/inorganic polymer support, m is 0 or 1. The polymer is polystyrene, polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, polyacrylamide, polyvinylether, polyether, polynorbonene, polyethylene glycol or silica. |
