PURPOSE: A monitoring system in which video signals are synchronized is provided to reduce operation time from an input point to a monitoring camera operation completion point in case a common command is inputted to a host device. CONSTITUTION: In case a host device(2) transmits a common communication signal to monitoring cameras, the host device synchronizes video signals of the monitoring cameras. The host device transmits the common communication signal from predetermined horizontal cycles of a VBI(Vertical Blank Interval) to the monitoring cameras. |
