PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially reduce an instantaneous change in brightness that possibly causes discomfort.

SOLUTION: A multiple speed part 104 multiplies image data by N (where N is a natural number). A black insertion zone determination part 103 determines a black image zone being a zone for displaying a black image and an original image zone being a zone for displaying the image data for plural sub-frames generated by the multiple speed part 104. A QR code-inserting coordinate position calculation part 102 calculates an inserting-position of code information in the plural sub-frames. A black image zone QR code insertion part 107 inserts the code information into the inserting-position in the black image zone.
