<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder for precisely estimating a main subject even if the main subject changes with time in a moving image and recording information on the main subject, an image reproducer which performs effective image processing on the main subject which changes with the time in the moving image and can reproduce the image and an image recording/reproduction system having the recorder and the reproducer. <P>SOLUTION: Whenever imaging of a frame constituting moving image data via an imaging element 104 is completed, information on the main subject in respective frames is analyzed. A subject list in which information on the main subject is recorded at every frame in accordance with an analysis result is generated.
