PURPOSE: A visible pattern formation method using hot stamping foil is provided to enhance sharpness of outline by removing residual parts other than visual pattern in advance. CONSTITUTION: A visible pattern formation method using hot stamping foil comprises the following steps: fixing hot stamping foil composed of substrate layer, a release layer, a metal layer and an adhesive layer in order from the bottom to top(s10); irradiating laser beam on the hot stamping foil and removes the adhesive layer and the metal layer for the residual parts other than the visual pattern(s20); removing carbide remaining on hot stamping foil and drying thereof; and heating and compressing the visual patter part and transcribing the visual pattern of the surface of the exterior surface(s50).
