<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping system which automatically wraps in a belly-binding manner unstably stacked products of ununiform heights. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes: a supply device 100 that supplies a stacked product bundle W to the product belly-binding start position A; a wrapping sheet tailoring device 200 that supplies a web-like wrapping sheet S to the before-belly-binding-start sheet position B set up immediately under the product belly-binding start position A and also provides adhesive tape on the leading end of the sheet and cut the sheet into a length to enable belly-binding around the stacked product bundle W; a compression belly-binding device 300 that compresses in the height direction the stacked product bundle W supplied to the product belly-binding start position A and at the same time belly-binds with the sheet S supplied to the before-belly-binding-start sheet position B; a transfer device 400 which transfers the belly-bound stacked product bundle W to the sheet folding position C; and the sheet folding device 500 that compresses both ends of the stacked product bundle W into the height direction at the sheet folding position C and at the same time folds the sheet ends extending from both ends of the stacked product bundle W into the width direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
