<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing hollow concrete blocks each having a complicated pattern or a water proof layer on a side surface and having the same heights. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the hollow concrete blocks includes: a step for preparing a form 1 having cavities 11 and placing the form 1 on a flat table 2; a step for making at least one columnar body 3 penetrate the cavity 11 of the form 1; a step for filling the cavity 11 with materials pressing an upper form 4 downward, and forming a unprocessed hollow concrete block 5; a step for impregnating or joining finish materials to or with the side surface of the unprocessed hollow concrete block 5; a step for lifting the upper form 4 to remove and taking away the columnar body 3; and a step for moving the form 1 to separate it from the unprocessed hollow concrete block 5 by moving the unprocessed hollow concrete block 5 and drying it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
