摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress analysis method in an insert molding, by which accurate stress analysis can be performed using a computer in consideration of distortion which occurs in a real insert molding. <P>SOLUTION: The stress analysis method includes: an actual measurement step of removing a resin member 1 from an insert member 3 in an insert molding while mounting a distortion sensor 20 at a predetermined position of the insert member 3, and acquiring, from the distortion sensor 20, a change value of distortion before and after removing the resin member 1; a first analysis step of giving any arbitrary temperature load condition to an analysis model of the insert molding on a computer to acquire, through arithmetic operation, the change value of distortion at a position corresponding to the predetermined position in the analysis model; and a second analysis step of estimating a temperature load condition given to the insert molding from the change value of the distortion and the arbitrary temperature load condition acquired in the actual measurement step and the first analysis step, and acquiring internal stress generated in the analysis model in accordance with the temperature load condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
