<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic-impregnated sheet which has proper adhesiveness, predetermined cosmetic evaporation prevention performance, good flexibility, and shape followability, respectively, and to provide a method of efficiently manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the cosmetic-impregnated sheet 10 and the method of manufacturing the same, a fiber layer 12 including a fiber material for impregnating the cosmetic, and a hydrophobic film 14 for preventing evaporation of the cosmetic are accumulated. A thermocompression part 18 for partially accumulating the fiber layer 12 and the hydrophobic film 14 is provided, and an opening 16 which penetrates toward the fiber layer is provided in the hydrophobic film 14 in the thermocompression part 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
