<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink which is excellent in cooling performance of a radiator. <P>SOLUTION: A heat sink 10 has, in the inside, a passage 11 in which a refrigerant 4 cooling a heating element 2 (for example, an electronic component) flows, and the passage 11 has two facing passage wall surfaces 11a and 11b. In the heat sink 10, multiple columnar fins 21 and 22 are erected on one passage wall surface 11a to which the heating element 2 is attached, and the multiple columnar fins 21 and 22 include long columnar fins 21 and short columnar fins 22.
