METHOD OF CONFIGURING TOUCH PANEL ASSEMBLY FOR ICE BEVERAGE DISPENSER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase visibility for major brands in a touch panel assembly for an ice beverage dispenser.

SOLUTION: A method of increasing user operation for an ice beverage dispenser includes: a. providing a first electrode trace developing a first electrode filed; b. providing a second electrode trace developing a second electrode field; c. assigning the first electrode trace and the second electrode trace of the touch panel assembly to a same flavor; and d. interpreting interruptions one or both of the first electrode field and the secodn electrode field of the electrode traces as a single activation area to provide the particular flavor with an increased presence.
