<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device that includes a plurality of conveyance members conveying developer in a longitudinal direction to form a circulation path and sufficiently disperses toner supplied from a toner supply port into the developing device immediately before the end of image forming operation, and to provide a process cartridge and image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device includes: a toner supply port 44 arranged in an upper part of one conveyance member 56 of a plurality of conveyance members 55, 56; and detection means 60 arranged in a position downstream with respect to the supply port 44 to detect toner floating on the top surface of the developer circulating in the circulation path.
