The arrangement (10) has pipe elements (12,14) arranged on a folding top (16) of an open passenger vehicle. The pipe element is extended in a transition region (26) between folding elements (18,20) that are pivotally coupled with each other. A guide element (28) is arranged adjacent to the folding elements and is received at the transition region. The spring elements are respectively held on the pipe elements and roof elements under the spring force during the displacement of the folding top. An independent claim is included for method for mounting of pipe element on folding top.
