The blank (10) has four transverse side wall portions (14-20) that are utilized to form an opening of a packaging container defining a set of sidewalls. A hold-down tab (38) includes an edge facing a locking lug (44) in the container during its fold. A set of locking projections (50, 52) is utilized for insertion into one of locking slots (46, 48) when the tab is folded in the packing container. One of a set of bottom flap portions (22-28) is provided for partial coverage of other flap portions. One of the bottom flap portion is connected with a side wall portion.
