PURPOSE: A heterojunction solar cell is provided to maximize driving efficiency of a solar cell by absorbing sunlight reflected from the surface of the earth through a back side of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) is made of silicon of a first conductivity type. A front electrode is formed on the top of a front auxiliary electrode layer(50). A back electrode back is formed on a lower portion of a back auxiliary electrode layer(55). An anti reflection layer(30) is formed between the substrate and the front auxiliary electrode layer. An amorphous silicon thin film of the first conductivity type is formed between the substrate and the back auxiliary electrode layer. |
