<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump which can take in and discharge a fluid with extremely high accuracy and suitable for use in the research and analysis of chemicals and medical supplies that absolutely require highly accurate control of a discharge amount. <P>SOLUTION: The pump includes a cylinder 12 having a pump chamber 14 with which an intake flow path 16 and a discharge flow path 18 communicate, a piston 51 which is partly disposed in the pump chamber 14 and reciprocally movably supported spaced from the inner surface of the cylinder 12, and a first member 31 and a second member 41 which seal the space between the inner surface of the cylinder 12 and the piston 51, wherein the exposed surface of the first member 31 exposed to the pump chamber 14 is referred to as a volume security surface 31b which is not deformed by the inner pressure of the pump chamber 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
