PURPOSE: An amine-based absorber and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to reduce energy needed for an absorber regenerating process by uniformly mixing a hydrophilic aqueous amine solution and hydrophobic aliphatic alcohol. CONSTITUTION: An amine-based absorber includes 10-40 parts by weight of an aqueous amine-based compound, 20-80 parts by weight of C8-22 aliphatic alcohol, 0.1-5 parts by weight of surfactant for a water-in-oil emulsion, and 10-40 parts by weight of water. The aqueous amine-based compound is at least one selected from a group including monoethanol amine, diethanol amine, triethanol amine, ethanol amine, isopropanol amine, ethylene diamine, alkyl alkanol amine, methyl diethanol amine, piperidine, dibutyl amine, diisopropyl amine. |
