The system device comprises a circuit measuring a coordination change of X and Y axes of a gyro sensor, a fan tilt motor control circuit of an image acquisition device, a camera communication control matching circuit, a setting data memory storage circuit of the image acquisition device, and a liquid crystal display circuit for the operation verification of the image acquisition device. The system device comprises an operation button input circuit for operating and manipulating the image acquisition device, the wireless transmission and reception circuit, the on-line transmission and reception circuit, a microprocessor and watch dog of the image acquisition device and a main control unit circuit having the power resetting function, and an integrated controlling device.
