<p>A displaying pattern (122) film solar cell (10) and a method thereof are provided. The film solar cell (10) includes a substrate (11) and a reaction layer (12). The substrate (11) has light transmission and is a hard glass material or a soft plastic material. The reaction layer (12) includes a thin layer (p-i-n layer) and a conductive layer (AZO (Aluminum Zinc Oxide) or Ag). The reaction layer (12) is formed on a surface of the substrate (11), and the thin layer and the conductive layer in the part of the reaction layer (12) is cut by laser scribing mode. With previous structure, the part of the laser scribing is formed with a hollowed-out area (121). The hollowed-out area (121) and the unpenetrated part by laser cooperate to display pattern (122). The display of the pattern (122) of the film solar cell can increase the added value.</p> |
