The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tank used in order to manufacture a high-quality polishing pad free of air voids, a method for producing a polishing pad using this tank, and a polishing pad obtained by this production method. This tank for accommodating a resin composition is characterized in that: the tank is configured by coupling together two or more trunk members in a frame shape via a coupling part; an opening/closing member for coupling adjacent trunk members so as to allow the trunk members to open as a double-leaf door is provided to the coupling part in at least one location; and a coupling member for coupling adjacent trunk members together in the form of a hinged door is provided to the coupling part in at least one other location.
