<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method for a concrete member, which can maintain an excellent reinforcing effect by making a stuck reinforcing material hardly stripped off from a surface of the concrete member, in particular, preventing the separation of the end of the reinforcing material; and to provide the concrete member reinforced by the method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This reinforcing method for the concrete member is characterized as follows: the reinforcing material containing continuous fibers is stuck on the concrete member constituting at least a part of the concrete structure, more specifically, a surface except a surface of the concrete member, serving as a surface colliding with an object from the outside; and particularly, the reinforcing material is fixed to the concrete member by means of an anchoring material.
