PURPOSE: A cut-off wall construction apparatus and method are provided to construct a cut-off wall within a short time by injecting cement milk at high pressure to fill in a cut-off wall formation hole. CONSTITUTION: A cut-off wall construction apparatus comprises a construction plate(20), reinforcing bars(24) which have a pyramid shaped cross section and are formed in parallel on one side of the construction plate and attached to the construction plate, discharge pipes(22) fixed inside the respective reinforcing bars, and injection nozzles(26) which are installed at the leading end of the discharge pipes to inject a construction material at high pressure. |
