PURPOSE: A water treatment apparatus and a water treatment method are provided to effectively remove phosphorus from water by using condensation nucleus particles. CONSTITUTION: A water treatment apparatus includes a storing bath(500), a first filter part(600), a settling bath(700), and a second filter part(900). The storing bath stores pre-treated water containing phosphorus and a plurality of turbid particles. The first filter part is arranged in the storing bath and selectively penetrates the phosphorus and the condensation nucleus particles of and the turbid particles. The phosphorus and the condensation nucleus particles are introduced into the settling bath. The second filter part filters the condensation nucleus particles. The condensation nucleus particles are used as condensation nucleus to form phosphorus into precipitate. |
