FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: determining the immune values of saliva enables calculating a local immunity coefficient (Kmim), specifically interleukin 1, interleukin 6, tumour necrosis factor, while the local immunity coefficient is derived by formula: ^ ^ wherein Kmim is the local immunity coefficient (standard units); IL1 is the saliva interleukin 1 concentration (pg/ml); IL6 is the saliva interleukin 6 concentration (pg/ml); TNG is the saliva concentration of tumour necrosis factor (pg/ml), and if the value Kmim>139.0, a high risk of developing malignant growths is stated, while the value Kmim<139.0 enables to state no risk. ^ EFFECT: method enables higher prediction accuracy of the onset of malignant growths with accessibility, simplicity, low power consumption and cost prices as comparison with laboratory-instrumental methods. ^ 2 ex |
