Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are a method and apparatus for automatically adjusting terminal interface display; the method comprising: obtaining the physical distance data from a target object to a terminal and/or a target area model of the target object; determining a target area tracking data model according to the target area model and/or the physical distance data, and obtaining terminal interface display parameters corresponding to the target area tracking data model according to the mapping relationship between the target area tracking data model and the terminal interface display parameters; and adjusting the display content and/or display method of the current terminal interface according to the obtained terminal interface display parameters. The technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention can reduce user learning cost, improve user experience and make terminal operations more convenient and flexible.
